When was Morse Street changed to Marland Street?
- Morse Street mentioned in Knoxville borough ordinance no. 494, enacted August 17, 1926 [1]. No subsequent borough ordinances mention it, as far as I can tell.
- Knoxville Borough annexed January 3, 1927 [2].
- Source:Ordinance-1927-206 mentions Marland Street and changes Starling Way to Marland Way. This is the earliest mention of "Marland Street" returned by Newspapers.com.
The above Pittsburgh ordinance was probably intended to change Morse Street to Marland Street, but that line was omitted.
