BOROUGH OF KNOXVILLE
ORDINANCE No. 530
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAMES OF CERTAIN STREETS, AVENUES AND ALLEYS IN THE BOROUGH OF KNOXVILLE.
SECTION 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the Burgess and Town Council of the Borough of Knoxville, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in Council assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, that from and after the passage of this ordinance, the following named streets, avenues and alleys in the Borough of Knoxville shall be named and known as follows:
Dewey Street shall be known as Daytona Street
Fredrick Street shall be known as Fritchie Street
Hobart Street shall be known as Hilford Street
Miller Street shall be known as Malcolm Street
Morse Street shall be known as Marland Street
Orchard Place shall be known as Canice Street.
Park Street shall be known as Parklow Street
Summit Street shall be known as Suncrest Street
Virginia Avenue shall be known as Virgonia Avenue
Charles Street shall be known as Calvert Street
Logan Alley shall be known as Lorna Way
Little Alley shall be known as Midrow Way
Long Way shall be known as Lapp Way
Apple Alley shall be known as Albatross Way
Diana Alley shall be known as Dove Way
Front Alley shall be known as Elkhorn Way
Grove Alley shall be known as Grouse Way
Herbermont Alley shall be known as Hawk Way
Iona Alley shall be known as Ibis Way
Lark Alley shall be known as Lotts Way
Naomi Alley shall be known as Nesta Way
Peach Alley shall be known as Kernel Way
Pear Alley shall be known as Partridge Way
Plum Alley shall be known as Penguin Way
Salem Alley shall be known as Starling Way
Tacksie Alely [sic] shall be known as Swallow Way
Wren Alley shall be known as Wattle Way.
SECTION 2. Any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, in so far as the same effects [sic] this ordinance.
