• p. 213 (p. 225 in PDF): "Banksville, Pa., May 3rd, 1910. ¶ . . . ¶ Motion by Dodds, seconded by Strachan, that a joint letter be sent to Congressman Barchfield [sic] at Washington, to be signed by all members of the Board, requesting that he use his influence to have City mail delivery established in Union Township at an early date. Carried."
• p. 217 (p. 229 in PDF): "Banksville, Pa., May 9th, 1910. ¶ Special meeting with members Rohrkaste, Dodds, Strachan and Williams present, for the purpose of considering further the question of numbering houses and naming streets for the purpose of securing free Mail delivery from Pittsburgh. ¶ Minutes of special meeting of May 6th read and approved. ¶ Ordinance No. 35, naming streets and avenues thrice read. Motion by Dodds, seconded by Strachan that it be adopted as read. Carried."

Fore Street was probably eliminated during the widening of Banksville Road in 1937–1938.

Source:Ordinance-1954-289: "An ordinance vacating an Unnamed Ten Foot Way, in the Twentieth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, between Denlin street and Fore street, the westerly line of which is 100 feet more or less east of Wenzell avenue along the northerly line of Denlin street."

Oxley Street, which was described in Source:Ordinance-1928-35 as "[from] Front Street / [to] Denlin Street," was vacated by Source:Ordinance-1962-330, which described it as "between Banksville Road and Denlin Street."
