Will Alley (until 1923) |
This alley was laid out as Will Alley in Minna Rinne's plan of lots in 1887.[1] The southern half was laid out as part of Gottfrid Vogedes' plan of lots the following year.[2]
The borough of St. Clair, including this alley, was annexed by the city of Pittsburgh in 1923.[3] The name of this alley was changed to Will Way by a Pittsburgh city ordinance that same year.[4]
