Origin of name Eliza Gray Craig Wallingford

Wallingford Street is named for Eliza Gray Craig Wallingford[1][2][3][4][5] (1828–1881), granddaughter of Isaac Craig and daughter of Neville B. Craig (see Craig Street), who married Alexander M. Wallingford in 1851.[6]

The street appears in the 1872 Hopkins atlas, passing through land owned by Mrs. Wallingford.[7]
