The {{dinkus}} template creates a dinkus: a section break made of three asterisks.
By default, the dinkus uses U+2217 ASTERISK OPERATOR, but this can be changed by giving a different character as parameter 1.
By default, the dinkus uses two em spaces, but this can be changed by giving a different space string as parameter 2.
By default, the dinkus repeats the symbol three times, but this can be changed with the count parameter.
