Etude Way? Rosary Way? Ever heard of them? One nice thing about Mayor Masloff's program of putting up bright new blue signs for streets and alleys is that it is turning up a lot of names even longtime residents of neighborhoods didn't know about. And it is revealing a certain element of name snobbery—there seem to be no alleys in Pittsburgh, only ways. In Pittsburgh, obviously, that's the way things go.
