SPRING GARDEN VOTES IN FAVOR OF ANNEXATION
By a vote of 142 to 45, the citizens of Spring Garden Borough yesterday voiced their approval of annexation to the City of Pittsburgh, effective January 1, 1920. Spring Garden Borough was incorporated in 1884 and lies between Mt. Troy and Spring Hill. The annexation, citizens say, will benefit the community.
