SPRING GARDEN BOROUGH VOTES FOR ANNEXATION.
The citizens of Spring Garden borough, by a vote of 142 to 45, decided in favor of annexation of the borough to Pittsburg, Jan. 1, next. Spring Garden borough was incorporated in 1884 and lies between Mt. Troy and Spring Hill.
