Sheriff's Sale.

BY virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, and to me directed, will be Sold by Public Vendue, at the Court House, in the Borough of Pittsburgh, on Monday the 13th of November next, at 10 o'clock, A. M. the following described property, to wit:—

Part of Lot No. 12, in James Horner's plan, situate in the Borough of Pittsburgh, bounded by Church Alley 16 feet, by Presbyterian Lane 30 feet, thence 16 feet to Edward Gowdy's line, thence along said line to the place of beginning, subject to 12 dollars ground rend annually forever. Seized and taken in execution and to be sold as the property of John Felix, at the suit of Thomas Whitesides.
