No. 1081. RESOLUTION Changing the name of Buchanan Street, the 1300 block to Lowrie Street in the Twenty-fourth, First District of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, by request on file in the Office of the City Clerk, the majority of the property owners abutting on said Buchanan Street have requested the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to change the 1300 block of Buchanan Street to Lowrie Street now, therefore"

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. THAT the name of Buchanan Street in the 1300 block in the Twenty-Fourth Ward, First District is hereby changed to Lowrie Street.

SECTION 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof, conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same effects [sic] this Resolution.
