No. 1077. RESOLUTION Changing the name of Jacobs Way from Brosville Street to its deadend in the Sixteenth Ward, Third District of the City of Pittsburgh to Saint Joseph Way.

WHEREAS, by request on file in the Office of the City Clerk, the majority of the property owners abutting on said Jacobs Way have requested the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to change the name of same Jacobs Way to Saint Joseph Way now, therefore"

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. THAT the name of Jacobs Way from Brosville Street to its deadend in the Sixteenth Ward, Third District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby changed to Saint Joseph Way.

SECTION 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof, conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same effects [sic] this Resolution.
