WHEREAS, by request on file in the Office of the City Clerk, the majority of the property owners abutting on said Sacremento Avenue have requested the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to change the name of said Sacremento Avenue to Sacramento Avenue now, therefore"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. THAT the name of Sacramento [sic] Avenue from Vienna Street to Stickler [sic] Street in the 20th Ward, 2nd District of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby changed to Sacramento Avenue.
SECTION 2. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof, conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same effects [sic] this Resolution.
