FOR SALE.
THE subscriber offers for sale a Tavern Stand and sixty-three acres of land on the Franklin Road, eight miles from Pittsburgh. There is on the premises a good frame House, Barn and Stable, a large Wagon Shade, a Spring in the cellar, and a Pump at the door. The property will be sold on reasonable terms, or traded for property in Pittsburgh or Allegheny cities. If not sold it will be rented on the first of February. Any person wishing to see the place will inquire of Mr. John Wright on the premises, or William Ramage on the adjoining place, or Benjamin Ramage, living in Ross township, Allegheny county, one mile from Peter Ivory's Tavern.
