ORPHANS' COURT SALE OF HOUSE AND LOT ON WASHINGTON AVENUE, ALLEGHENY CITY.

By virtue of an order of the Orphans' Court of Allegheny county, the undersigned, Administrator of the estate of John C. Kelso, will expose to public sale, at the premises, on TUESDAY, the 8th day of March, 1870, at 10 o'clock, a. m., all that certain Lot of ground situate in the 6th ward of the City of Pittsburgh [sic], bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the north side of Washington Avenue (late called "Island Lane,") at a point 67 feet eastward from land now or late of Thomas Bakewell, containing in front on Washington Avenue 22 feet, and extending back, same width, 128 ft. 9 in. to an Alley, on which is erected a Frame Dwelling House, and being the same property descried [sic] in Deed from John Kruse and wife to saip [sic] John C. Kelso, dec'd, in Deed Book vol. 249, page 16.

TERMS OF SALE.—One-half cash, balance in one year from the time of sale, with interest, to be secured by bond and mortgage on the premises.
