AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Vance Way between Filmore Street and Winthrop Street in the Fourth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. That Vance Way, between Filmore Street and Winthrop Street in the Fourth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, shall be and the same is hereby vacated (with reference to Ordinance No. 115, approved April 21, 1972, and Council Bill No. 458 of June 21, 1972).

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
