AN ORDINANCE Vacating Fifield Way (formerly Unnamed Way), from the south line of Kinmount Street (formerly Kipling Street) to the west line of Milnor Way, as vacated; the remaining portion of Burleigh Street (formerly Burns Avenue), from the east line of Brett Street to the west line of the vacated portion of Burleigh Street; and the remaining portion of Gaza Way (formerly Unnamed Alley), from the east line of Brett Street to the west line of the vacated portion of Gaza Way.
Whereas, It appears by the Petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the lines of the above mentioned portions of streets, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact an Ordinance for the vacation of the same, therefore
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That Fifield Way (formerly Unnamed Way), from the south line of Kinmount Street (formerly Kipling Street) to the west line of Milnor Way, as vacated; the remaining portion of Burleigh Street (formerly Burns Avenue), from the east line of Brett Street to the west line of the vacated portion of Burleigh Street; and the remaining portion of Gaza Way (formerly Unnamed Alley), from the east line of Brett Street to the west line of the vacated portion of Gaza Way, shall be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
