AN ORDINANCE — Vacating PILOT WAY, PUEBLO STREET, MALTA WAY and ALVA WAY, all extending from Mohawk street to Allequippa street; OMAR STREET, from Pueblo street to Miami street, and SUNBURY WAY, from Alva street to Miami street, all as laid out in the E. P. Jones Plan.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk, that the owners of all of the property fronting on PILOT WAY, PUEBLO STREET, MALTA WAY and ALVA WAY, all extending from Mohawk street to Allequippa street, OMAR STREET, from Pueblo street to Miami street, and SUNBURY WAY, from Alva street to Miami street, all as laid out in the E. P. Jones Plan, in the Fourth Ward of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact an ordinance for the vacation of the same; NOW, THEREFORE:

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That PILOT WAY, PUEBLO STREET, MALTA WAY and ALVA WAY, all extending from Mohawk street to Allequippa street, OMAR STREET, from Pueblo street to Miami street, and SUNBURY WAY, from Alva street to Miami street, all as laid out in the E. P. Jones Plan, as recorded in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 10, page 156, on November 19, 1890, be and the same are hereby vacated.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
