AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Acton way in the Thirteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, between Wilkinsburg avenue and Dornbush street.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the office of the City Clerk, that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the lines of Acton way, in the Thirteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, between Wilkinsburg avenue and Dornbush street, have petitioned the Council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact an Ordinance for the vacation of the same; THEREFORE,

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Acton way in the Thirteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, between Wilkinsburg avenue and Dornbush street (formerly East View street), as laid out in the plan of Perchment's Addition to Brushton Borough, of record in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 13, pages 108 to 110, inclusive, be and the same is hereby vacated.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
