AN ORDINANCE—Designating names for the Unnamed Public Highways shown on the "Stella D. Hays' Plan of Lots No. 1", in the 31st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the names of Public Highways shown on the "Stella D. Hays' Plan of Lots No. 1", recorded in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 16, page 94, situate in the Thirty-first Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, shall be and the same are hereby designated as follows, to wit:

Unnamed twenty foot alley lying along the easterly plan line and extending from the southerly plan line to the line dividing Lots Nos. 5 and 6 in said plan, be named "Ganges way".

Unnamed forty foot street extending from the unnamed twenty foot alley northwestwardly therefrom, as shown on the said plan, be named "Rand street".

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
