AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Haran street, from Bigelow boulevard to Stockholm street; Barlow way, from Humboldt street to Side way; Side way, from Bigelow boulevard to Stockholm street, and two Unnamed six foot ways, from Side way to Haran street, in the Second and Sixth Wards of the City of Pittsburgh.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Haran street (formerly Hill street), from Bigelow boulevard to Stockholm street; Barlow way (formerly Burns alley), from Humboldt street to Side way; Side way, from Bigelow boulevard to Stockholm street and two Unnamed six foot ways, from Side way to Haran street, in the Second and Sixth Wards of the City of Pittsburgh, as laid out in the E. P. Jones, Charles Jeremy and Other, [sic] plan of lots of record in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 4, pages 152–153, be and the same are hereby vacated.

The two Unnamed six foot ways, from Side way to Haran street are further identified as being adjacent to and south of Lot No. 326, in said Plan and adjacent to and north of Lot No. 322 in said Plan.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ORdinance.
