AN ORDINANCE—Designating names for the Unnamed Public Highways in West End Park, Riverview Park, Highland Park and Schenley Park.
SECTION 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the names of the Public Highways in West End Park, Riverview Park, Highland Park and Schenley Park, shall be and the same are hereby designated as follows, to-wit:—
WEST END PARK:
Road entering from Weaver Street connecting with Kerr Street, to be named AFTON WAY.
RIVERVIEW PARK:
Road entering from Riverview Avenue and encircling entire park, to be named RIVERVIEW DRIVE.
Road entering from Grand Avenue, running through Kilbuck Hollow and connecting with Riverview Drive at the Merry-Go-Round, to be named KILBUCK ROAD.
Road entering from Woods Run Avenue to Wissahickon Shelter House, to be named WISSAHICKON ROAD.
Road connecting Riverview Circuit Road with Woods Run Avenue, to be named WOODS RUN ROAD.
Road connecting Davis Avenue Bridge with Circuit Road, to be named DAVIS AVENUE.
HIGHLAND PARK:
Road entering park at Highland Avenue and circulating around the reservoir back to Highland Avenue, to be named RESERVOIR DRIVE.
Road entering the park at the intersection of Mellon Street and Bunker Hill Street, and leading to the Aspinwall Bridge, to be named THE HILL ROAD.
Road entering at Stanton Avenue and circulating the park, past the Zoo, and connecting with The Hill Road, to be named LAKE DRIVE.
Road entering from Jackson Street and connecting with the Farm Road, from Heberton Avenue entrance, to be named JACKSON ROAD.
Road leading from Lake Drive to the Farm House Drive, to be named CONNECTING ROAD.
Road entering from Heberton Avenue entrance, past the Farm House and connecting with Reservoir Drive, to be named FARM HOUSE DRIVE.
Road connecting Reservoir Drive with The Hill Road, to be named SERPENTINE DRIVE.
SCHENLEY PARK:
Road leading from the bridge across Junction Hollow at the Library, to the eastern entrance at Forbes Street, to be named SCHENLEY DRIVE.
Road leaving from Westinghouse Memorial on a circuit back to Schenley Drive, to be named WEST CIRCUIT ROAD.
Road leading from intersection of West Circuit Road to the intersection of Darlington Avenue, to be named EAST CIRCUIT ROAD.
Road leading from intersection of East Circuit Road and Darlington Avenue to Bartlett Street intersection, to be named SERPENTINE DRIVE.
Road entering from Bartlett Street leading to the circular intersection at the Merry-Go-Round, to be named BARTLETT ROAD.
Road entering from Hobart Street leading to the circle at the Merry-Go-Round, to be named HOBART ROAD.
Road entering from Hobart Street leading to the circular overlook, to be named PROSPECT DRIVE.
Road entering from the Greenfield Bridge leading to Pocusset Street, and from Pocussett Street to Prospect Drive, to be named POCUSSETT DRIVE.
Road entering from the Greenfield Bridge leading to the Merry-Go-Round intersection, to be named GREENFIELD ROAD.
Road leading from the Merry-Go-Round intersection to Panther Hollow Bridge intersection, to be named PANTHER HOLLOW ROAD.
Road leading from Merry-Go-Round intersection, past the Oval and Tourist Camp, and connecting with Wilmot Bridge Road, to be named OVERLOOK DRIVE.
Road leading from Wilmot Street Bridge to the intersection of Panther Hollow Bridge, to be named WILMOT ROAD.
SECTION 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same are hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
