AN ORDINANCE—Approving the T. J. Ingram Plan of Lots in the 15th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, laid out by T. J. Ingram, accepting the dedication of Desdemona avenue, Garretta avenue, Imogene road and Steelview avenue as shown thereon for public use for highway purposes, opening and naming the same, fixing the width and position of the sidewalks and roadway and establishing the grades thereon.

Whereas, T. J. Ingram, owner of certain property in the 15th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, laid out in a plan of lots called T. J. Ingram Plan of Lots has located certain streets thereon and executed a deed of dedication on said plan for all ground covered by said streets to said City of Pittsburgh for public use for highway purposes and has released said City from any liabilities for damages for or by reason of the physical grading of said public highways to the grades hereinafter established, Therefore

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the T. J. Ingram Plan of Lots situate in the 15th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, as laid out by T. J. Ingram, July 1929, be and the same is hereby approved and Desdemona avenue, Garretta avenue, Imogene road and Steelview avenue as located and dedicated thereon are hereby accepted.

Section 2. The streets as aforesaid dedicated to said City for public highway purposes shall be and the same are hereby appropriated and opened as public highways and named Desdemona avenue, Garretta avenue, Imogene road and Steelview avenue.

Section 3. The width and position of the sidewalks and roadways and the grades of Desdemona avenue, Garretta avenue, Imogene road and Steelview avenue as laid out and dedicated in the T. J. Ingram Plan of Lots are hereby fixed and established as described in Ordinance No. 113 approved April 3, 1930 and recorded in Ordinance Book Vol. 42, page 401.

Section 4. The Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to enter upon, take possession of and appropriate the said Desdemona avenue, Garretta avenue, Imogene road and Steelview avenue in conformity with the provisions of this ordinance.

Section 5. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
