AN ORDINANCE—Designating names for the unnamed streets and alleys, laid out in plans of lots, in the 31st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh (formerly Hays Borough.)
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the names of the unnamed streets and alleys, in plans of lots, as recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, etc., for Allegheny County in the 31st Ward (formerly Hays Borough), shall be and the same are hereby designated as follows to-wit:
Amended plan of lots laid out on Farm No. 3—Plan Book Vol. 17, pages 190 and 191.
Unnamed alley, lying between lot numbered 20 and lots numbered 21 to 28 inclusive, from Hill street to an unnamed way, be named Moline way.
Unnamed alley, lying between Terrace street and Fourth street, from Terrace street to Frederkeil street, be named Note way.
Unnamed alley, lying between lot numbered 29 and lots numbered 20 and 28, from Wheeling street to Terrace street, be named Rye way.
Unnamed alley, lying between First street and Second street, from Gas street to Frederkeil street, be named Sulphur way.
Unnamed alley, lying between Second street and Third street, from Gas street to Frederkeil street, be named Tinton way.
Unnamed alley, lying between Gas street and First street, from Gas street to Short street, be named Torch way.
Unnamed alley, lying between Third street and Fourth street, from Center street to Frederkeil street, be named Zipp way.

Unnamed alley, lying between lot numbered 43 and lot numbered 44, from Carter street to Railroad alley, be named Corley street.
Unnamd [sic] alley, lying between Carter street and Baldwin avenue, from Baldwin avenue to Baldwin avenue, be named Roadside way.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
