AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Ferguson street, in the Sixth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from Thirty-second street to Thirty-third street.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Ferguson street, in the Sixth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, from the west line of Thirty-second street to the west line of Thirty-third street as shown on the Springfield Farm Plan of record in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 6, page 180 and on the City District Plan approved by the Court of Quarter Sessions July 17, 1843, on file in the Bureau of Engineering, Division of Surveys be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
