AN ORDINANCE—Approving plans of City Garden, in the Tenth ward, laid out by the Pittsburgh City Garden Company, a Pennsylvania Corporation, accepting the dedication of Antoinette street, Alcock way, Camelia street, Downlook avenue, Drive street, Drive way, Fence way, Garage way, Oglethorpe avenue, Oldani street, Premier street and Woodbine street, as shown thereon, for public use for highway purposes, opening and naming the same and establishing the grades thereon.

Whereas, The Pittsburgh City Garden Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, the owner of certain property in the Tenth ward, laid out in a plan of lots called "Plan of City Garden," have located certain avenues, streets and ways thereon and executed a deed of dedication, on said plan, of all the ground covered by said avenues, streets and ways to the said City of Pittsburgh for public use for highway purposes, and has released the said City from any liability for damages occasioned by the physical grading of said public highways to the grades hereinafter established; therefore,

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the "Plan of City Garden" situate in the Tenth ward, laid out by the Pittsburgh City Garden Company, July, 1919, be and the same is hereby approved and Antoinette street, Alcock way, Camelia street, Downlook avenue, Drive street, Drive way, Fence way, Garage way, Oglethorpe avenue, Oldani street, Premier street and Woodbine street as located and dedicated on said plan are hereby accepted.

Section 2. The avenues, streets and ways as aforesaid dedicated to said City for public highway purposes shall be and the same are hereby appropriated and opened as public highways and named Antoinette street, Alcock way, Camelia street, Downlook avenue, Drive street, Drive way, Fence way, Garage way, Oglethorpe avenue, Oldani street, Premier street and Woodbine street.

Section 3. The grades of Antoinette street, Alcock way, Camelia street, Downlook avenue, Drive street, Drive way, Fence way, Garage way, Oglethorpe avenue, Oldani street, Premier street and Woodbine street laid out and dedicated in "Plan of City Garden" are hereby established as described in Ordinance No. 399, approved December 2nd, 1919, and recorded in Ordinance Book, Vol. 30, Page 616.

Section 4. The Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to enter upon, take possession of and appropriate said Antoinette street, Alcock way, Camelia street, Downlook avenue, Drive street, Drive way, Fence way, Garage way, Oglethorpe avenue, Oldani street, Premier street and Woodbine street for public highways in conformity with the provisions of this Ordinance.

Section 5. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be, and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
