AN ORDINANCE — Approving the "Arlington Park Terrace" Plan of Lots, in the Sixteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, laid out by Pittsburgh–St. Clair Realty Company, accepting the dedication of Arlington avenue, Foley street, Kozell street, Piave street, Pluso street, Zaruba street Kordecki way and Krakow way, as shown thereon, for public use for highway purposes, opening and naming the same and establishing the grades thereon.

Whereas, the Pittsburgh–St. Clair Realty Company, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, the owner of certain property, in the Sixteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh laid out in a plan of lots called, "Arlington Park Terrace" have located certain avenues, streets and ways thereon and executed a Deed of Dedication, on said plan, of all the ground covered by said avenues, streets and ways to the said City of Pittsburgh for public use for highway purposes and have released the said City from any liabilities for damages occasioned by the physical grading of said public highways to the grades hereinafter established, therefore:

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Council assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the "Arlington Park Terrace" Plan of Lots, situate in the Sixteenth ward of the City of Pittsburgh, laid out by Pittsburgh–St. Clair Realty Company, April, 1919, be and the same is hereby approved and Arlington avenue, Foley street, Kozell street Piave street, Pluso street, Zaruba street, Kordecki way and Krakow way, as located and dedicated on said plan are hereby accepted.

Section 2. The avenues, streets and ways as aforesaid dedicated to said City for public highway purposes, shall be and the same are hereby appropriated and opened as public highways and named Arlington avenue, Foley street, Kozell street, Piave street, Pluso street, Zaruba street, Kordecki way and Krakow way.

Section 3. The grades of Arlington avenue, Foley street, Kozell street, Piave street, Pluso street, Zaruba street, Kordecki way and Krakow way, laid out and dedicated in "Arlington Park Terrace" plan of lots are hereby established as described in Ordinance No. 258, approved August 6, 1919, and recorded in Ordinance Book Vol. 30, Page 426.

Section 4. The Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to enter upon, take possession of and appropriate the said Arlington avenue, Foley street, Kozell street, Piave street, Pluso street, Zaruba street, Kordecki way and Krakow way for public highways in conformity with the provisions of this Ordinance.

Section 5. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
