"An ordinance granting unto the Estate of Henry Rea, Jr., his heirs, successors and assigns, the right to build, construct, maintain and use a certain brick, steel and reinforced concrete warehouse, structure or building over and across Gasoline street at a point from the southerly line of Second avenue to a point on the northerly line of Greenough street, in the First ward of the City of Pittsburgh, subject to the terms and conditions of this ordinance."
