AN ORDINANCE—Approving and accepting plan of homestead property in Ninth ward, Pittsburgh, belonging to the estate of Michael McCullough, Jr., deceased, and approving and accepting the streets and alleys shown therein.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the plan of homestead property in Ninth ward, Pittsburgh, belonging to the estate of Michael McCullough, Jr., deceased, laid out by executors and trustees of his will, December, 1908, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted, and the following streets and alleys as laid down and dedicated in said plan are hereby approved and accepted:

Percy alley, from Davison street to Bessemer street, at a width of 20 feet.

Percy street, from Bessemer street to Hugo alley, at a width of 40 feet.

Arsenal alley, from Forty-second street to Percy alley, at a width of 20 feet.

Bessemer street, from Forty-second street to Forty-fourth street, at a width of 40 feet.

Hugo alley, from the southerly line of lots Nos. 30 and 39 in said plan to Forty-fourth street, at a width of 20 feet.

Bruce street, from Forty-second street to Forty-fourth street, part sufficient to make same a width of 50 feet.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
