No. 131

AN ORDINANCE—Approving and accepting the plan of lots in the Eighteenth ward, Pittsburgh, laid out for Mr. L. Vilsack, and approving and accepting the streets and alleys shown therein.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the plan of lots in the Eighteenth ward, Pittsburgh, laid out for Mr. L. Vilsack, November, 1904, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted, and the following streets and alleys, as laid down and dedicated in said plan, are hereby approved and accepted:

Morningside avenue, from Vilsack street to northerly end of plan, at a width of 60 feet.

Jancey street, from Vilsack street to northerly end of plan, at a width of 50 feet.

Chislett street, from Vilsack street to northerly end of plan, at a width of 50 feet.

Vilsack street (one-half of 50-foot street), from Morningside avenue to Chislett street, at a width of 25 feet.

Vilsack street, from Chislett street to northeasterly end of plan, at a width of 50 feet.

Snow alley, from Vilsack street to northerly end of plan, at a width of 20 feet.

Swan alley, from Vilsack street to northerly end of plan, at a width of 20 feet.

Drake alley, from Vilsack street to northerly end of plan, at a width of 20 feet.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
