AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade of Drain Alley, from Upland Street to Saxon Alley.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the grade of the east curb line of Drain Alley, from Upland Street to Saxon Alley, be and the same is hereby established as follows, to-wit:
Beginning on the north curb of Upland Street at an elevation of 195.98 feet; thence rising at the rate of 1.69 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 113.00 feet to the south curb of Saxon alley to an elevation of 197.89 feet.
Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
