AN ORDINANCE—Giving the name of "Dewey lane" to an unnamed fifty-foot street as laid out and dedicated to public use by Mary C. Thaw.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the name of "Dewey lane" be given to the unnamed fifty-foot street as laid out and dedicated to public use by Mary C. Thaw, June 4th, 1895, said street being situate on the south side of Lyndhurst Green, and running from Beechwood avenue to Reynolds street, Twenty-second ward.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
