AN ORDINANCE—Locating Tacoma street, from Rosedale street to the west line of estate of Mrs. Elizabeth McKee.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Tacoma street, from Rosedale street to the west line of estate of Mrs. Elizabeth McKee, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit: Beginning on the east side of Rosedale street at the distance of 314 feet northwardly from the centre line of Tioga street, thence deflecting to the right 90 degrees, and in an easterly direction and parallel with Tioga street, a distance of 192.2 feet to the west line of the estate of Mrs. Elizabeth McKee. And the said Tacoma street shall be of a width of 50 feet.
Section 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
