AN ORDINANCE—Locating Tilbury avenue, from Shady avenue to McClure avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Tilbury avenue from Shady avenue to McClure avenue be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a stone monument at an angle in the centre line of Shady avenue 131.71 feet south of Phillips avenue; thence southerly by the production of the centre line of said Shady avenue as located north of said angle 604.19 feet to a point; thence deflecting to the right 28° 04′ 30″ along the production of the centre line of Beechwood avenue as located south of McClure avenue, for a distance of 1415.82 feet to the south 10-foot line of McClure avenue, intersecting said 10-foot line of McClure avenue at an angle of 86° 41′.
And said Tilbury avenue between said points shall be of a width of 60 feet.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
