AN ORDINANCE—Locating Hamilton avenue from Mulford street to Oakwood street.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Hamilton avenue from Mulford street to Oakwood street, be and the same is hereby located as follows to-wit.

Beginning on the north building line of Mulford street, as located in the General Plan of the Borough of Brushton, and approved by the Councils of said borough January 30th, 1891 and recorded in the Recorder's office in Allegheny county on July 6th, 1891, in Plan Book Vol. 11, Pages 116 and 117, at a distance of 367.51 feet on the centre line of Hamilton avenue as shown upon the said Borough Plan southeastwardly from the eastern building line of Hale (formerly Harriett) street, thence extending in a southeastwardly direction and being the continuation of the said centre line of Hamilton avenue as located in the aforesaid plan of the Borough of Brushton, a distance of 3882.77 feet to the west line of Oakwood (formerly Wood) street in the said Borough Plan, intersecting the said line at an angle of 100° 10′ (on South Side) and at a distance of 97.21 feet south from an angle in the said Oakwood street, and the said Hamilton avenue shall be located at a width of sixty (60) feet.

Section 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
