AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade of Dressing alley, from Syracuse street to Marietta street.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the grade of the East Building line of Dressing alley from Syracuse street to Marietta street be and the same is hereby established as follows to wit:—
Beginning on the north curb of Syracuse street at an elevation of 289.32 feet; thence rising for a distance of 6.47 feet to the north building line of said street at an elevation of 289.60 feet; thence falling at the rate of 37.30 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 127.58 feet to the south building line of Marietta street at an elevation of 242.00 feet.
Section 2. That any ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
