AN ORDINANCE—Locating Onyx street from Penn avenue to Coral street.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Onyx street from Penn avenue to Coral street be and the same is hereby located as follows, to wit:
The east 5-foot line shall begin on the north 5-foot line of Penn avenue at a distance of 236.352 feet westerly from the west 10-foot running line of Negley avenue, thence deflecting to the left 87° 49′ 30″ in a direction of about 526° 46′ 20″ W. [sic] parallel to and at a perpendicular distance of 236.177 [sic] west of the west 10-foot running line of Negley avenue a distance of 712.59 feet to the south 5-foot running line of Coral street, intersecting the said line at an angle of 81° 48′ 40″ and at a distance of 238.61 feet west from the said 10-foot running line of Negley avenue, and the said Onyx street shall be of a width of forty (40) feet.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance, conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
