AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade of Sapphire alley from Corday alley to Rosina alley.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the grade of the centre line of Sapphire alley from Corday alley to Rosina alley be and the same shall be established as follows, to wit:

Beginning at the north curb line of Corday alley at an elevation of 249.41 feet, thence falling at the rate of seventy-five (0.75) one hundredths of a foot per 100 feet for a distance of 245.89 feet to the south curb line of Rosina alley at an elevation of 247.56 feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
