AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade of Orwell alley from Corday alley to Rosina alley.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the grade of the centre line of Orwell alley from Corday alley to Rosina alley be and the same shall be established as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the north curb line of Corday alley at an elevation of 240.64 feet, thence rising at the rate of 0.75 feet per 100 feet for a distance of 290.15 feet to the south curb line of Rosina alley at an elevation of 242.82 feet.
Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
