AN ORDINANCE — Vacating Canton street, in the Fourteenth ward, from Commerce street to Hudson alley.

Whereas, The Pennsylvania Tube Works is the owner of the property on both sides of Canton street, in the Fourteenth ward, from Commerce street to Hudson alley, and

Whereas, Said Canton street is now of no use to the general public, and has for a long time past been used by the Pennsylvania Tube Works alone.

Section 1. Therefore, be it ordained, etc., that Canton street, in the Fourteenth ward, be and the same is hereby closed up and vacated from Commerce street to Hudson alley.

Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances conflicting herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
