AN ORDINANCE—Authorizing the vacation of Farel alley from O'Hara street to the western line of property of Home Mission, 20th ward.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Farel alley, an unopened alley laid out in Frances A. O'Hara's plan of lots, 20th ward, be and the same is hereby vacated, and the said plan made void, so far as it relates to said Farel (formerly Joint alley) alley, from O'Hara street to the western line of property of the Home Mission.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this ordinance.
