(No. 178.)

AN ORDINANCE—Locating Choate alley, from Friendship avenue to Pearl street, at a width of sixteen feet.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the centre line of Choate alley, from Pearl street to Friendship avenue, be and the same is hereby located as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at the west five foot line of Pearl street, at the distance of 103 feet southwardly from the centre line of Carroll street, thence deflecting left 90° 20′ for the distance of 704.10 feet, thence deflecting left 56° 52′ for the distance of 42.48 feet to the north five foot line of Friendship avenue, according to a plan on file in the office of the City Engineer, at a width of sixteen feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.
