AN ORDINANCE—Vacating Stanwix street from Penn avenue to Duquesne Way.
Whereas, By the opening of Second street, between Penn avenue and Duquesne Way, Stanwix street, from Penn avenue to Duquesne Way has become useless; therefore,
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Stanwix street, between Penn avenue and Duquesne Way, be and same is hereby vacated in accordance with the provisions of an Act of Assembly, approved 22d day of March, 1869, entitled "a supplement to an Act concerning streets and sewers in the city of Pittsburgh."
Sec. 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance, be and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
Ordained and enacted into a law in Councils this 15th day of Nov., A. D. 1875.
