AN ORDINANCE—Locating Plane avenue.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Plane avenue be and is hereby established as follows, to wit: Commencing at the east side of Arlington avenue, (formerly Brownsville road) deflecting right 109° 10′, distance 1127.04 feet to angle, thence deflecting left 9° 47′, distance 496.68 feet to Check House of Mt. Oliver Incline Plane, 20 feet off south side of 30 feet street, to a width of 50 feet.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.

Ordained and enacted into a law in Councils this 1st day of May, A. D. 1874.
