AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade of east curb of Lilac street.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That the grade of the east curb of Lilac street be established as follows; Commencing at north curb of Fifth avenue; thence falling 5.24 feet per 100 to south curb of Westminster street, thence falling 1.23 feet per 100 to south curb of Ellsworth avenue.

Sec. 2. That any ordinance or part of ordinance conflicting with the provisions of this ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this ordinance.

Ordained and enacted into a law, in Councils, this 1st day of May, A. D. 1874.
