AN ORDINANCE—Establishing the grade of Lothrop street.

Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the City of Pittsburgh, in Select and Common Councils assembled, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by authority of the same, That the grade of Lothrop street be and the same is hereby established as follows: Commencing at the north curb of Fifth avenue; thence rising 9.87 feet per 100 feet to south curb of ⸻ street; thence rising 5 feet per 100 feet to north curb of ⸻ street; thence rising 13.00 feet per 100 feet to seuth [sic] curb of ⸻ street; thence rising 5 feet per 100 feet to north curb of ⸻ street; thence rising 13.00 feet per 100 feet to south curb of Terrace street.

Sec. 2. That any Ordinance or part of Ordinance conflicting with the provsions [sic] of this Ordinance be be [sic] and the same is hereby repealed, so far as the same affects this Ordinance.

Ordained and enacted into a law, in Councils, this 1st day of May, A. D. 1874.
