AN ORDINANCE—Authorizing the widening and opening of Wilson avenue.
Section 1. Be it ordained and enacted by the Select and Common Councils of the City of Allegheny, and it is hereby ordained and enacted by the authority of the same, That Wilson avenue be and is hereby widened and opened of a width of 50 feet from Perrysville Plank Road to Miss Boyle's line, according to accompanying plans, and Joseph Craig, Arthur Hobson and William H. Black, Freeholders, be, and they are hereby appointed viewers, to view the premises, appraise the damages, and make assessments of benefits, as provided by Act of Assembly approved the first of April, 1870, entitled "An Act relative to streets in the City of Allegheny."
Ordained and enacted into a law this fourteenth day of August. A. D. 1873.
