NOTICE.

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

Notice is hereby given that the Ewalt Street Bridge Company, as authorized by law, will commence the construction of their Bridge across the Allegheny river, opposite Ewalt street, (now Forty-third street), Pittsburgh, and that during the time of such construction, viz: from the present date until December 1, 1869, navigation of said river, will be necessarily obstructed at the points where the piers of said Bridge are to be located, to wit: At points 239, 478 and 717 feet distant, respectively, from high water mark on the Pittsburgh side of said river.
