HARVEY C. McCLINTOCK Funeral services for Harvey Childs McClintock, lawyer and former Pittsburgher, who died suddenly in New York City on Monday, will be held tomorrow morning in the chapel of Allegheny cemetery. Born in Pittsburgh, Mr. McClintock was the third son of the late Oliver and Clara Childs McClintock. He attended Shady Side Academy and Andover and was graduated from Yale University. After studying law at Harvard, he was admitted to the Pittsburgh bar in 1907 and became a member of the firm of Young, McClintock & Painter. In 1911 Mr. Clintock [sic] was a candidate for county court judge on the Keystone party ticket. Later he went to New York City and served as secretary to the police commissioner, Colonel Arthur Woods. Since 1918 he has been associated with the law firm of White & Case. Mr. McClintock is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fanny Brower McClintock; two sons, Lieutenant Harvey C. McClintock, Jr., and Ensign Brower McClintock; three sisters, Mrs. Thomas Darling, of Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. F. D. Nicol and Mrs. W. N. Osburn, both of Detroit; a brother, Walter McClintock, of Pittsburgh, and two grandchildren.
