COLLECTOR'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE.—Will be sold at Public auction, on the premises, on the 5TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1864, the Tobacco Manufacturing Warehouse, situated on the corner of West street and Third alley, in the City of Allegheny, Allegheny county, Pa.

The building is of brick, 20 feet front by 60 feet deep, two stories high, and is erected on leased ground, having about twelve years to run at a ground rent of $1.50 per foot front. The house, and the right to the lease, will be sold together.

Distrained as the property of Caleb Farr, to satisfy United States Internal Revenue Taxes, due and unpaid, by authority of warrant from the Collector of the 23d District, Pa.

Terms cash lawful money of the United States.

Sale will take place at 10 o'clock a. m.
